As our Insurance Account Representative, you will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that help them manage risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) Preferred, not required
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas. (Preferred)
- Ability to effectively relate and communicate with customers
- Property & Casualty license (if not licensed, possibility to acquire license)

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
